Return & Refund Policy

Eligible items

For a change-of-mind return, the cup or drinkware item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition, with its original packaging and included parts. Please provide your order number or another form of proof of purchase. Items used for drinking cannot be returned for a change of mind, subject to applicable consumer rights.

How to start a return

1. Email service@luvyora.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. Wait for our response confirming the applicable instructions and return address.
3. Pack fragile items securely, using protective materials, and keep proof of shipment.

The business address below is not automatically a return destination. Do not ship a return there unless our team expressly provides it as your return address.

Return shipping

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping unless we agree otherwise in writing. If the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy and applicable shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time needed for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider. Original shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not refunded unless required by applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product, outer packaging and shipping label. Keep the packaging while we assess the issue. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
